Our services to the customer include selection and application engineering support. Engineers trained by our principals, study the customers application, understand the working conditions and performance demands to optimize the selection of vibrators and Rosta products
Design and detailing support is offered on request at a reasonable price to customers who desire to have drawings and detail engineering support from us.
Our engineers work together with the customer during assembly, shop trials and as well as support the customer for site commissioning. We train the OEM's team and actual user in the correct installation, use and maintenance of the products we supply.
Even though our products are imported and are of international standards, we offer our after sales support directly from Bangalore. We have well established facilities to completely over haul the motor vibrators including rewinding, potting, bearing replacement and painting.
Online test bench with acceleration, velocity, amplitude & electrical parameters measurement meters are available to verify the performance parameters of new and overhauled vibrators.
